1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using FinyxFin™ (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.
3. User Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the App. You control all data stored locally and can export or delete it. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on App content.
4. Data Storage, iCloud Sync, Backups & Data Loss
FinyxFin stores your information locally on your device and, if enabled, syncs it using Apple’s iCloud services. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and ensuring your device and iCloud settings are configured as you intend.
Backups: The App may provide export, backup, and restore tools for your convenience. You are responsible for creating, verifying, and securely storing backups. We do not guarantee that backups or restores will be available, complete, or error-free in every scenario.
Data loss disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, or failure to store, restore, or sync data (including due to device issues, operating system changes, iCloud/Apple service issues, user error, storage limitations, third‑party actions, or any other cause). You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
5. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
FinyxFin provides tools to help you organize and understand information you enter. The App does not provide financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Any insights, analytics, or summaries are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
FinyxFin™ may offer paid features via one-time purchase or subscription through the App Store. Payments are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's billing practices. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies; contact Apple Support for refund requests.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, software, designs, and documentation are the property of FinyxFin or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws.
The name FinyxFin™ and the associated FinyxFin logo are trademarks of their owner, with trademark applications filed in India. You may not use the FinyxFin name, the FinyxFin logo, or any confusingly similar marks without prior written permission.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinyxFin and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Apple Terms Reference
By using this App, you also agree to Apple's App Store Terms and Apple Developer Agreement.
