By downloading, installing, or using FinyxFin™ (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the App. You control all data stored locally and can export or delete it. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on App content.
FinyxFin™ may offer paid features via one-time purchase or subscription through the App Store. Payments are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s billing practices. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies; contact Apple Support for refund requests.
The App and all related content, software, designs, and documentation are the property of FinyxFin or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws.
The name FinyxFin™ and the associated FinyxFin logo are trademarks of their owner, with trademark applications filed in India. You may not use the FinyxFin name, the FinyxFin logo, or any confusingly similar marks without prior written permission.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinyxFin and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FinyxFin operates in India. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
By using this App, you also agree to Apple’s App Store Terms and Apple Developer Agreement.
